The FootCare Shop aws founded with one goal in mind: providing our customers the highest quality foot care products and an enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. OUR SHIPPING POLICY

What You Need to Know

  • The Foot Care Shop provides shipping only within Australia using Australia Post

  • Items will be posted within 3 business days.

  • Postage will be calculated at the checkout and will be based on the weight of the order. Orders under 0.5kg will incur a shipping fee of $3.95 whilst orders over 0.5kg will incur a shipping fee of $8.95

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Products may be returned for an exchange or `refund within 30 days of purchase. 

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and all packaging and labels must be attached. 

  • You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, and it is recommend that you use the registered post as The Foot Care Shop will not take responsibility for items that that are lost in transit.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed.

  • Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
